How to make a change in the ocean environment

There are different ways to help the ocean environment. People should use less plastic products whenever you go to the beach. Many people go to the beach and take food and dump trash on the ocean which is not good. Everyone should help and take care of the beach whether if your surfing, diving, or relaxing, just clean after yourself. All of the water on earth is connected to the ocean so make sure to help the environment to be clean. We can all work together and make a huge difference in the ocean.

Human Pollution

   The oceans get affected by pollution year by year. The ocean has been getting trash such as cans, plastic bags, bottles, food wrappers, cleaning supply bottles, fishing nets, and much more. Most of these may contain toxin which can strongly affect the ocean environment and even human environment. Sea animals and humans can be harmed by the toxins in the water. There is a story that inspired me the most and many other people, about a dolphin named Winter. The dolphin was a three month baby found in the ocean caught on a crab trap line which cut off the circulation of her tail. She got transported for treatment, but her tail had to be deteriorated since it was not able to heal. Throughout time, Winter adapted to her new way of swimming, but she has a prosthetic tail to help out more. Humans need to stop with the pollution so that we can prevent situations like these to happen.      I am currently a student at LoneStar College and I am working on getting my Associates Degree and then transfer to a University.
